I've spent two decades scoping and rolling out technology for organizations of every size, from an 18-client managed IT practice to a 300-server hybrid-cloud environment at a Texas state agency. These days that expertise is pointed at AI enablement: architecting agent deployments, connector governance, and the identity and data-governance work that makes enterprise AI safe to use in practice, not just in theory. I still build things myself, including SCIM-based provisioning, Entra ID and Okta integration, Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, and a growing portfolio of AI-powered products built from the ground up.

Enterprise AI enablement, hands-on
I architect agent deployments, connector governance and data pipelines for organizations adopting AI at scale. One recent build was a Microsoft Fabric data factory on a 3-tier medallion architecture, with Spark notebooks and Dataflow Gen2 doing the heavy lifting. I'm now building this out as an independent practice under AIVENY.
Enterprise Copilot & identity rollout at scale
I led an enterprise Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout across a dozen departments for a large public-sector organization, handling provisioning, connector configuration, data access and adoption enablement along the way. That work included integrating Entra ID, Okta and Intune, running SCIM-based provisioning and SSO for a workforce of over 1,200 people, and refreshing a hybrid-cloud environment of 300+ servers across VMware, Azure and AWS.
Independent IT practice, 18 clients, zero incidents
For over a decade, I built and ran a managed IT practice serving 18 small and mid-sized businesses across 27 locations: networking, servers, storage, security, cloud, websites, backups and staff training, all under one roof. Uptime stayed at 99.9%, with zero data loss and zero malware incidents, year after year.
Infrastructure modernization & automation
I've rebuilt data center and endpoint infrastructure for large-scale return-to-office transitions, and written the PowerShell automation behind zero-touch Windows deployment, cutting device provisioning time by 60%. Earlier in my career, I scaled a growing company's IT footprint from a single site to eight, quadrupling transaction throughput and opening up several million dollars in new annual revenue.
